In this hybrid role, you’ll serve as the technical expert and trusted advisor for mobile implementations. You’ll lead mobile-focused discussions, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure smooth onboarding, working alongside engineering, product, and customer success teams.

Responsibilities include:

  • Onboarding new clients for mobile implementations, ensuring a smooth and effective setup
  • Leading mobile-focused client workshops, enablement meetings, and troubleshooting sessions
  • Acting as the mobile technical point of contact during post-sales implementation phases
  • Assisting in the development of documentation and technical collateral for mobile implementations
  • Assisting with technical processes as we scale up
  • Collaborating with product, engineering, and customer success teams to provide feedback and improve mobile solutions
  • Leading discussions on how our mobile solutions integrate with APIs and other customer systems
  • Supporting customers in implementing mobile SDKs and ensuring their mobile apps align with our platform

Your Role

In this hybrid role, you’ll serve as the technical expert and trusted advisor for mobile implementations. You’ll lead mobile-focused discussions, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure smooth onboarding, working alongside engineering, product, and customer success teams.

What You Bring

  • Technical expertise. Proven experience in mobile development with Swift (iOS) and Kotlin (Android). Experience with React Native and Flutter is a plus.
  • Communication skills. Confidence in leading technical discussions with both developers and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving mindset. Ability to troubleshoot, guide, and provide solutions in fast-paced environments.
  • Flexibility. Willingness to adapt working hours to collaborate with global teams.
